Dear traders,

last week I started a trading journal on paper and today the idea of continuing it here came to my mind.

I hope that writing in public and possibly receiving feedback will help me focus even more on the system I recently started to study.

Making the journal will force me just taking trades strictly obeying the rules since they all get documented

Also, I think you can only learn from your mistakes if you have them written down and review them occasionally.

So, first off, I'll post the trades I already have on paper for having complete records here.

All times will be in CET, please use http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc for conversion to your timezone. The trades will be executed either with Oanda or some MT4 broker.

The first trade I documented was this:

02-11-2009 ~3:30 pm, EUR/USD, M30, LONG, -13-18-25 = -59 pips

absolutely model trade :

02-13-2009 ~08:30 am, GBP/JPY, M15, LONG, 25+50+124 = +199 pips

02-12-2009 ~10:55 am, USD/CHF, M5, LONG, 22+32+0 = +54 pips

So as you see, the third lot gets stopped out at B/E.

this scalping trade with two lots was taken on my Oanda account, one minute chart.

Profit was taken at 200 EMA resistance.

02-13-2009 ~02:43 pm, EUR/USD, M1, LONG, 2 x 35 = +70 pips

as a revenge : the same pair & timeFrame, just opposite direction:

02-20-2009 ~07:09 pm, EUR/JPY, M1, SHORT, +3 x 23 = + 69 pips

after all these winners I got greedy and therefore took this high-risk trade! But hey, it's just -3x40 pips

thanks for your feedback.

Yeah, all trades are executed on my live accounts using Oanda's and the MT4 trading platform.

As to the system, it's a trading system I started studying about four weeks ago. Its taught in live trading sessions - I am one of several "students" all having success with the system.

I hope the system's success will continue
