I pulled up the monthly chart, and you can see there is a lot of historical congestion in the low 1.200's area.
But what do I know, these markets are f'ing crazy.

EUR USD Behavior
As a result of the recent rate cuts in Europe, the euro fell against most of its rival's currencies. Yesterday the eur ended the day down 115 pips on the usd to close at 1.2758 and was unchanged against the GBP. The euro may continue to be pressured as ECB President Jean-Claude Trichet said that despite the easing of inflation pressures, the door for further rate cuts will remain open. At the moment the euro is between 1,2750 and 1,2850 bouncing in the 38% Fibonacci retracement level at the 1,2790 resistance. No entry points are recommended but target can be set at 1,2810; 1,2850; 1,2767 and 1,2675.
