nice mod fxbs,

you know, it only shows up in a separate window when there is one.

in other words, it it wont open a separate window if you select 1 unless theres is a separate window.

I wonder how you what code you could put in to make that selectable?

instead of just 'property indicator chart window/separate window'.....

 

you probably allready tryed:

default: separate window, display in cart window + swith to cw/sw

(looks funny when it opens empty window)

but how to make it open sep.window from chart - don't know

 

ADTR v2.5

I was experimenting around trying to get the Pip Power right.

I think the calculations are right now.

Can someone who knows the math double check this?

Hey fxbs,

Do you think can code in the two more lines please they are

Pips away from high = 12

Pips away from Low = 34

This way you can visualize the direction

I suppose the coding would be something of the lines of bid - high and bid - low

Is it possible to measure the movement of pips per candle for the day?

In other words, on a 5m chart you would have 288 candles for the day.

So, the question is can the movement of pips(positive or negative) be measured ?

for example the range would be 280 pips/day but Pip Power would be 1000-1200 pips for the day. Is this possible?

I think the range is a good indicator for volatility, but this suggestion above would greatly enhance ability to gauge volatily of any pair.

it's great idea I have similar.Can somone change cja indicator to show on chart in pips open-high,open-low on selected timeframe .Number of previous bars can be change.I want to use on daily bars but lower can be useful as well.
