Need an ea for the news (2 opposing orders)

Elite section:
- Breakout EA: may be used for the news trading as well.
- NewTrader_v5: two opposite orders, selected gap and time to live for the orders, reading text file, updating forex calendar as text file every week, hedge etc.
Try to look at some EAs from public links as some of them are good.
Anyone have a working CVS file and function that can be used to turn your EA off proir to a news announcement? I looked through the above links and nothing seemed to work. . . might be nice to switch to one of the straddle strategies automatically before a announcemnt.
I just need to turn my EA off 15 min prior to a scheduled news event. and then turn it back on a half hour later.
Also need something that can filter out the news events for 2006 for backtesting purposes.

Is there anyone who has an ea to place a buy and a sell placed like 40 pips apart and then make either a regular or trailing stop on it. If there is one posted on here already I am sorry I just could find it.
