1.View --> Strategy Tester
2.Run an EA for downloading the ticks from server.
(Recalculate checked ON, Model every tick)
3.File --> Open offline
4.Select history data with blue icons.

If you want to use for another broker you must change the line:
datetime NewsTimeServer=newsTime;//+TimeZoneServer()*3600
to -> datetime NewsTimeServer=newsTime+TimeZoneServer()*3600
It is a problem for weekend when the server is offline.
When server is offline the gmt offset is not good.
For interbank don't need GMT offset because the XML newstime is in GMT+0
and the interbank timezone is GMT+0.
