the first chart is GBPUSD M5 but i cant seem to find the data on my chart that looks the same as that, my chart looks like this for 4th jan, yours looks similar but is the 4hr, which mine matches with. where did you get this image from? niether my dates or price movements or price range match the first chart. according to that on 4th jan 2007 the price reached 1.9810 and 1.8835. my data says price last touched 1.9810 on 4th dec and 1.8835 around the 17 nov.

Because that's a real Heiken Ashi candle and in the screenshot posted by FX_SNIPER2 it's just a Heiken Ashi paintbar.
