remember it signals on CURRENT bar so wait for it to close

Can this be programmed?
I would like an indicator that shows the average(adjustable) that the high price is away from a certain moving avg(also adjustable)....and for the low price too.
The indicator would only calculate the high avg when the high is greater than the moving avg....and vice versa for the low.
Just wondering if this is possible.
