I have an idea for a trading system which generates good profit in market.

Plot EMA12 crossing EMA89 on 15 min gbpusd chart.

On june 5 we had cross of emas at 1.8789 (sell), and cross again at 1.8423(buy) today june 12, a profit of 363 pip.

I want to have an ea trading for it's own since it's hard for me watching screen 24 hours a day.

I have an ea from another thread of cross wma5/20 but it doesn't behave as i want of ema 12/89 cross.

Could anyone fix this ema to behave as of ema12/89 cross.

EA which you attached is ema 12/89 cross.

Name of this EA is wma but it is because this EA is from wma_cross thread.

It is ema 12/89 cross.

And it is from backtesting:

2006.06.05 16:15 sell 89 0.10 1.8779 1.8983 0.0000 0.00 592.83

2006.06.09 17:15 close 89 0.10 1.8478 1.8983 0.0000 300.40 893.23

So on 05th of June this EA did 300 pips.

Yes, i know, but i want the EA not to take profit on 2006.06.09 when there was no cross, the cross was today.

Any idea why it took profit 2006.06.09 and not 2006.06.12?

do you want to start the trade when the 12/89 ema crosses, and finish when they crosses again in the contrary direction?

the system only uses it?

Yes, that's my thought. It will be a lot of trades in ranging market but i'm willing to take the losses since in long run it's profitable to have the ea trading 24 hours a day. I want the ea to trade when a 15 min candle/cross is definite, eg in the 14:th minute, can you fix the ea?

Email-alert is good but than i have to sleep with my pc since trades happens

when i sleep.

I know strato use ema12/89 but it hasn't anything to do with his strategy, as he says he has just put together the indicators and he use 5 min, this is 15 min.

Hello first thank you to share your system with us.But i still have a few questions please:

the EMAS 12/89 cross is ONLY for USD/GBP? or any pair?

Time frame MUST be 15 minutes charts? or another time frame?

When to exit? and stoploss?

I will be thankful if you explain this,thanks alot

sorry but i am not a programmer, but i think it is a good idea

10/40 ema cross is also very interesting
