Bollinger Band of RSI?
To add BB to your RSI:
1. Put RSI on your chart
2. Open "Navigator" (Ctrl+N) and select BB
3. Drag BB icon to RSI indicator window (you might have to hold down ctrl)
4. On the BB "Parameters" tab, change "Apply to: Close" to "Previous Indicator's Data"
5. Press OK

Another possibility is to search for a well known indicator by the name of Trader's Dynamic Index (TDI) indicator. It has a 13 RSI (modifiable) and Bollinger Bands around it (also modifiable) and a yellow moving average that shows the direction of the price action (trend). You can turn any of these off by choosing no color (none) if it appears too cluttered for you. Most people look for the crossing of the green and red lines which is RSI and a fast red moving average signal line to open a long or short trade taking into consideration other factors just like any indicator especially lagging indicators. This indicator will not show the center line of the B.B. (20 SMA) which serves to add more clutter to a limited space. You can always add that to your main window or to the TDI window if you really want it. Not sure of all the settings but I'm sure you can find something close if you Google it.
