Failed to Connect login.mql5.com with Metatrader 5 - works fine With Metatrader 4

Hello

I have problem with the connection to community, markets, signals and login since 19.11.2013 with MT5. If I use the same Username and Password with Metatrader 4 can successfully login. 

 

I check the Error on 3 other Computer with Windows 8 and Windows 7. Always the same problem. I set my Router on DMZ Mode and open all Ports for acces. Always the same problem. 

 

The Error come on the Demo and Realaccount.

There are many reasons for this error, and those reasons depend on the many factors: you are signal provider or signal subscriver, your internet connection, and may many more.

As you posted same message 4 times with no any information so it is better for you to disccover the situation by yourself for possible fixing.

You can also contact with the service desk for possible refund for example (but they will need more details as well).
