Hi. I'm having the same problem.. all of the sudden I cannot run optimizations, although they charge me money but the optimization doesn't run..
In the journal there is this mensage: "no memory in Ontick function"
That's not the "same problem".
There was an important bug in MT5 build 1957 (beta) and Metaquotes had to stop the Cloud to protect agents computer. It's fixed in build 1958.
If not yet done, all should be ok with the Cloud soon.
