The indicator in the thread listed above is a custom indicator that reads a "basket" of currencies and creates a relative index. I do like it and use it, but it is not the real DX NYBOT that you read and hear about on msnbc all the time.

I do not think it is available through MetaTrader.

JPYX index like USDX index..

Hi,

there is already a USDX index, which demostrates the movement of USD accross the board (depending on how many pairs are being taken into account).

Does anyone have any idea, if there is also such indicator for JPY ?

The main point in this question is, how to weight all the JPY crosses.
