I am testing this EA in elite section. It trades about once per months per pair. And because of that I am using it with 3 pairs. It is profitable up to now: it was 3 trades since 1st of December and all in profit. I do not remember the settings now - probable stop loss = 30 and take profit = 50 or 70. This EA is using some kind of money management which is increasing the profit a lot.

Will see. Two months is not a duration for this EA.

Hello!

Does anyone know a simple EA that would do this: If the price jumps suddenly lets say 5 ticks it opens a long position and alerts me? And of course it would enter a short position if it makes a rapid drop of some pips.

I search these momentum or somebody who would have the kindness to code it

for example:

(SMA(10) - SMA(30)) / SMA(30)

(EMA(10) - EMA(30)) / EMA(30)

(LWMA(10) - LWMA(30)) / LWMA(30)

of course, i want to test these 3 momentum.

((moving average of last 10 days) - (moving average of last 30 days)) divided by (moving average of last 30 days)

3 versions : EMA,SMA,LWMA.

From what I can see in backtesting, this EA seems really profitable.

Is it still forward tested in the elite section?

I stopped testing. Do not remember why ... may be this EA was coded on open bar and that is why you got good backtesting ...
