Works good to forecast Support- and Resistance-Levels.

I found this indicator, and i want help to know how can i use this indicator, who know how to use it please explain to me
I know there is a forum dedicated specifically to ICWR and moderated/Admin by TraderSeven which has been set-up for the sole purpose of discussing ICWR and nothing else. All other threads get deleted, so if you are really keen on ICWR, go on over and register and Tony will approve you when he has some time, he checks in at least once a day.
