-At least 2 years of live signal testing and customer have to see live results. I prefer 3 years. Months not tell anything. There have to be also 5-7 years back testing and results have to be same for customer when he backtest EA.

-Always stoploss from beginning of order opened. Stoploss have to be tight or decent. NO "Mile away stoploss like 100 pips"

-DD have to be tight or decent. If DD rices there have to be very clear reason why that has happened.

I have voted for "Your version". I think developer should provide the demo version of the program for testing on a demo or real accounts.
