How to resolve the symbol that has sub letter issue?
White to ServiceDesk ... by the way, as far as I know - the signals are working fine with different prefix/suffix of the pair ...

Hi,
I tried to subscribe to one of the signal service that trade "EURUSD" symbol. However, on my broker, the symbol have additional letters behind every symbol such as "EURUSDlb". Therefore, I was unable to use the service because the symbol mis-match. On my Journal tab, it display as Signal - symbol EURUSD not found.
How can I resolved the sub letter issue so that I can use the service?
