Thanks Samir.  Just got this problem myself and changing the profile and changing back again did the trick.  Will save this as a new profile and hopefully this problem will be gone for good. And thanks to the original Poster for starting this thread.

try switching profiles then return to your original profiles again

I have tried different methods but cant get the spread in depth of market to expand

I wasn't quite sure how to "change the profile", but the "delete history" advise worked a treat!  Thank you.

 
You have too many charts open, Just close a few of the chart windows until you see those Toolbars reappear. That is what resolved it for me. Hope it helps someone.
