if it doesnt behave exactly the same there is probably a code issue.
Why don't you use a trade copier? I know it is not ideal , but it might be the easiest thing to do.

Compare trades made by both EAs one by one and try to figure out what causes the difference. Make sure quotes, timezones and other environment which may has effect are the same. There are too many nuances that may be important, from hedge mode in MT5 account and to code implementation details.
