Alerts using Mt4
martinpphillips: Hi, Since yahoo and google have updated their security I am unable to send price alerts to my email address ? has any one else had this issue or can any help me with this problem.

Unfortunately, MetaTrader does not support sending emails to an SMTP server over an encrypted SSL or TSL channel. It only supports the old plain text standard.
So, you will either have to use a 3rd party SMTP service that allows unencrypted communications, or use the "Push Notifications" that will send to Mobile Devices that have a MetaTrade app installed.
