Using a txt file with another application
Is it blocked because it's already opened? Any Error message? Why haven't you tried to read the copied file?

Hi,
I am having another application which is writing values in a csv-File. This application is done from another programmer and I can do nothing on it.
Now I was reading the data for a while and it worked fine. Now - I don't know what happenend I can't open this file anymore...
I thought perhaps it is protected by windows, so that I can't open it?!
Has anybody a tipp? Should I copy the file before reading?
