Rules to calculate Agents' profit?

What's the rule to calculate Agents' profit?

I have 4 agents joined the cloud with below statistics data, details are as below:

My question is why item 1 has the same profit 0.02 as items 3 and 4? But the "Passes" volume is much higher.

Additionally my server operates 24 hours, but the cloud data shows used my CPU not more than 2 hours. The profit really can't compensate the electricity cost. 

I don't see the service link to report my doubt.  Any comments / ideas from your guys?
