Need help with an indicator i found, giving false picture when dropped on the chart/switching between TFs, but working great when left on with live data. .. please!

This indicator is fine, i know how its acting, i need just to fix that thing with the refresh/drop on/switch TF, when your chart got refreshed the indicator shows false history!!, what i need is for it to show the true history of this indicator whenever i drop it on the chart/switch TF/refresh,
please somebody help!, theoretically it doesn't sound like a BIG problem...., i just don't know how to do this... god bless the helpers

i found an indicator that got a weird problem at the code but i don't know what it is i would be glad if someone could help me with it
so basically the problem is that when i drop this indicator on the chart or refreshing the chart the indicator will show false picture, but when i leave it on the chart it will generate the real picture,
is it possible to fix this problem and keep the indicator logic the same?, i just want it to show the real picture every time i drop it on the chart or switch between TFs just like a every normal indicator do.. :)
