Tile Windows

Is there any function for "tile window",  Like we do it by pressing Alt+R.

Thanks,  I rephrase my request.   Is it possible to tile windows through mql?  any guidelines?

I do not think so, never mentioned any window control other than gaining focus. 

If I needed it much I would fill the keyboard input via winapi.
