I got the very same issue on the very same build (745), wondering if this has to do with one of the recent updates.
You are missing trading opportunities:

- Over 8,000 signals for copying
- Economic news for exploring financial markets

Every time I open MT4, the one click trading option always reverts back to being disabled and disappears from the top left of my charts.
It does remain enabled, but still disappears if I chose to 'save my personal settings and data at start up' and have it auto login for me at launch.
But for security reasons I would like to enter my password at each MT4 launch and still have the one click trading option to always remain enabled and always appear on the top left of my charts.
Am I missing something, experiencing a bug or can this simply not be done?
