1. How to install development environment for the MT4 plugins? What language does the API use? Where can we download the API?

2. Where can we obtain technical documentation (MT4 API description)? Links to tutorials, code examples, etc. are very welcome too.

At least provide me any document where i can information about plugin Please.

;)

1) it comes with the mt4 it' called editor and has it's own icon on the terminal-tool bar. It uses it's own language which is c-like with a tendency towards c++. Do it your self in the editor.

2) The book  and the docs.

That's all that exists beside some Windows-dll which one can use.
