You can always report errors/bugs to ServiceDesk of Metaquotes.
If you need help here, I can only suggest to post a code to reproduce your issue, and a procedure on how to reproduce it. For now I am not able to reproduce it.

It's getting to turn from funny to annoying. Aren't you developers working from the same base stage of the code? Once there is paste, once there isn't. Like if there were 2-3 base versions developed and whichever wins, will get the next build number.... Please, use the one which has the paste function! Or tell the guy with the paste missing to review his stage of code. Thanks... :/
Maybe you should try rebooting, I am also using metaeditor 946
Ctrl+C works
CTRL+X works
CTRL+V works
Shft+Insert works
Yet in MetaEditor 946 I can't paste, only in 914.
The reboot voodoo doesn't help this.
Yes I reported this in the developing stage of MetaTrader 5 and didn't get a reply.
Bookmarks will help =in this case.
