Is it possible to set up the platform to automatically add a 10 pip stop and a 10 pip limit order when you enter the market with the 1-click option?

You have to make a script or EA for that.

Ok, not perfect.

I was going to request a new job but it appears that it's all MT5 stuff. Is there someone who can set up the stop/exits like I mentioned in MT4? If so, please tell me the next step and I'll proceed.

Please forgive my ignorance here. I've been trading FX for years but never with MT and I honestly don't care for it too much. I suppose it's just a learning curve but I'm feeling the frustration.

The jobs section works for both [mt4 and mt5] despite the appearance. I'll also recommend that you perform a Search for the a Script which does what you're looking for. If theres nothing which matches your requirement then create a job request. Some links I found below might help.
