Do you want the upper/high fractal (MODE_UPPER) or the lower/low fractal (MODE_LOWER) ? you need to tell the function which one you want . . .
Hi,I know what fractals are I just dont know yet how to use the iFractals in mql4 and what are its parameters for,so please advice:

Upper line and Lower Line represent the price of a fractal? (Horizontal lines of the price at those points?)
