Back testing on Alpari UK what GMT offset to use?

Does anyone know the GMT offset for back testing in Alpari UK?

Also, does anyone know if the metaquotes data timestamp is on GMT or has an offset?

Alpari Uk is now GMT+3, Metaquotes GMT+2

Thank you. If I wanted metaquotes data to be on GMT for back testing I would need to use an GMT offset of 2 in the EA properties as the data is 2 hours different from GMT, correct?

I want to make sure that I am testing with the correct GMT so I do not waste hours back testing.

What's even more confusing is if metaquotes data I am using for back testing is GMT+2 and I am back testing on Alpari UK who currently have a GMT offset of +3, what GMT offset do I base my back testing on? So difficult, I wish tick data was available back to 2001 with a GMT offset it's pure madness!
