MT4 crashes my computer
- Try saving the file to (example your desktop) then install the program from there.
- Do not install the program in Program_Files*. Install outside the Program_Files Folder.
- Example C:\Meta_Trader.
Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, when I used it, my computer still froze during installation.

The installation of MT4 has nothing to do with IE or Chrome. Try downloading a fresh setup from here, proceed to installation.
Just downloading and installing Metatrader4 by itself crashes my computer (Windows 7).
The installation green bar nearly completes its journey from left to right but
stops with less than 5% to go and the mouse is frozen. Not even control alt delete
will work. I must shut down manually.
This happens in IE and in Chrome.
