Copying trades between MT4s

Hi,

I'm going to develop an EA to copy among my accounts, I see I could do that with a file text management among the accounts, using the text file as the vehicle with the information to copy.

But, to do this with other MT4s in other computers, which is the technique to implement? should I use a server and manage the information through functions in DLL?

I see some comercial copiers need the Invest password, why is it needed?
