MT4 signal sign up/

Please don't double post here and in mql5.com. Search the mql5 forum for any signal question. To subscribe you have to signup through mql5.com https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/142071 and your brokers server must be upgraded to relay signal to your MT4.
Could someone please help me or point me in the right direction of how to receive subscribed signals to my MT4 account, am trying to sign up through the platform and have subscribed to a signal on here but can't link the 2 together?
any help would be greatly appreciated?
