about rejected position close commands..

dear traders, hello ..

i had a problem with my MT4 live account, about order execution..

my MT4 live account platform has rejected to close my open position.. i tried several times to close my open position but it rejected again.. when i could close it, i had some big Loss.. so i need some records about those rejected orders.. i have called my broker and informed them about it..

i like to have some records about my rejected orders.. can i find in it my MT4 platform or my broker has them in his broker-side records..

Hi systema2012i,

Open MetaTrader folder where you install MetaTrader, it's in logs folder and also in experts/logs folder.
