Is this possible? EA to disable EA's

Hi,

I'm wondering if it possible to create an EA which disable's all EA's on a MT4 client?

E.g. When the account reaches a 30% DD in the last 24 hours, the EA will switch off the Expert Advisors function of the MT4 client.

I looked at a few EA's like the Swissarmy, MPTM etc. All have a global SL setting but none of them can "pause" the account for say 24 hours when the global SL is hit.

Hope that someone can point me into the right direction!

Why not build the function into the EA ?
