time zone adjustment
Does anyone know how to adjust MT4 to reflect your local time...I trade with an overseas broker ....?

If you mean so that your chart shows you current local time . . . I don't think it is possible.
If you mean programatically so that you can enter times into your EA in local time . . yes you can.
