Does anyone know how to change the time zone to pacific time?

Does this concern GMT or your computer time. If GMT, CST is GMT -6, adjust your GMT accordingly. If it is your computer, double click on the time showing on your desktop (lower right), then click on the time zone tab and select pacific time.
