my platform stopped on the 1/7/11
Many Demo accounts do not last forever, you may have to open/register a fresh Demo account.
Probably. File -> open then for each chart right click -> refresh.

Had to re download it, still has my old details though. then had to refresh the charts and after some extra messing around I had the last 3 days worth of chart figures and then it jumped back to 2008/9 so could not see any trend etc. Then had to go to history and download new figures for each time period and each currency pair I trade, quite tedious and time consuming but have pretty much got it back working. Just missing the last months candlesticks but I guess I can handle that.
