I have some ideas for expert advisor but I dont know how to create it,

please can you tell me where can I find some tutoirals here or

Yep, above your post it says Documentation, Book, Ta, Code Base, Articles. It will take you a month but in a month of practice, you'll get 80% of what's there.

Maybe you can decipher the MACD sample in your MT4 directory. I highly recommend starting with the book though.

and is it possible to make a EA that will respond to rounded arrows ?

and where can I find meaning for every command

  1. I've never see the circled arrows, perhaps they are circled when you have an open order for that pair. Green is a uptick, red is down. You don't call them, just compare previous Bid to current.
