Could any body help me to let the time zone work in this indicator its in the program but when i activate it it wont work

There is no Timezone code

extern string Part_1                          = "Time Zone Shift Settings:";
extern int    HrsServerTzFromGMT              = 2;   
extern int    HrsChoiceTzFromGMT              = 0;

The parameters are not used
