Is there anyway to use MT4 is a borderless fashion, so I can move and arrange all open windows as I choose...even onto other monitors?
not possible unfortunately. The whole architecture of MT4 (including its bugs) seem to come from the early 90s when these ugly and unergonomic MDI interfaces were hip. You will have to maximize the application over the whole desktop (all screens) to have enough room for the child windows to be moved.

If anyone is familiar with Command Center from TDA, they have a borderless function, where the outline of the program disappears, and the windows are freely movable. They don't have to reside inside of the program outer shell.
Is this possible for MT4...I want the normal program on another monitor and I want the chart that I am currently trading to be able to be pulled onto my laptop monitor.
