Problem Adding Plug-In Files

When I try to copy and paste an ex4 or mx4 plug-in file to metratrader, that is installed on my computer under program files, in the experts/indicators folder, I get an error message that says "Error Copying File or Folder - Access is Denied." Does anyone know why I am receiving their error message, that is preventing me from copying and pasting plug in files to use with metatrader?
