Metaeditor crashes on windows 7

I have recently upgrades to windows 7, and despite having reloaded MT4 several times and multiple attempts I am still seeing the problem. Metaeditor stops working any time I attempt to copy text. Any recommendations on this?

I have the same problem. Ctrl+C will crash my Metaeditor if the opened MQ4 file is created on another computer. So if I go through the wizard to create a indicator or anything, there is usually no problem with copy text.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have installed in a new directory outside of program files and still having the problem. It is definatley related to windows security, I can temporarily fix the problem but then it seems windows does some "house cleaning" and the problem re-appears.

Having the same problem and more with Metaeditor and Windows 7 along with problems with history files not working when two copies of MetaTrader are installed on the same machine.
