Coomon Error when close order by EA

I have programed a EA.

But when Closing Order, sometimes occure Common Error(ERR_COMMON_ERROR=2).

Altough occured Common Error, the order closed successfully(by Account History).

The Journal LOG like this:

15:14:17 '80010223': close order #57466 sell 0.10 GBPUSD at 1.4954 sl: 0.0000 tp: 0.0000 at price 0.0000
15:14:18 '80010223': close order #0 buy 0.10 at 0 sl: 0 tp: 0 at price 0
15:14:19 '80010223': order #57466 buy 0.10 GBPUSD closing at 0.0000 failed [Common error]
15:14:20 '80010223': order sell market 0.10 GBPUSD sl: 0.0000 tp: 0.0000
15:14:21 '80010223': request was accepted by server

My Question:

1. what is reason of the common error ?

2.what mean of the "15:14:18 '80010223': close order #0 buy 0.10 at 0 sl: 0 tp: 0 at price 0" ? I don't have this ticket at all.

3. how to fix this error?

4. why order closing succeed, even if error occrued?

I also have a problem with EA. I received EA by Rita Lasker (robot4free(dot)com) and I have problems with its installation. I watched videos with its functioning on You Tube. I read books that I received with it. But I am still confused. Can somebody help to install it?
