MQL4 Book Download Problem

I am still trying to convert this downloaded Book to readable and print format. On Google it comes up with many CHM to HTML download programs. Some are not freeware also. Any suggestions on this? A particular name to download, safe etc. I want to print out this e-book soon if possible.
