Book Download as 1 File problem

I want to print out the entire book and it would take forever to do it by chapters etc. When I download the entire Book as a file it won't open up. I have tried Adobe reader, Excell, and nothing works. I noticed the file extension is chm. Is this the problem? How can I get this thing to open so I can print it out.

it seems that the book is in CHM format, you may try to google ".chm reader", there are quite a few results. Download one of the free readers and use it to open/print the book...
