There has been an intermitten bug in MT4 Strategy Tester reports for some time. For whatever reason, sometimes when replacing an existing html report, the existing html report gets deleted. Need to run Strategy Tester report a 2nd time to get new html file. Frustrating, but seems to work.
its permission issue. i had similar problems.try to save reports to different directories like %temp%
