Hi!!

 

I wanted to suscribe to the signals of VENUS111!

 

He's trading on MT4!

 

But I can't!

 

There is no option in the MT4 options to suscribe to the signals!

 

In MT5 there a section called "Signals" in MT4 there is no such section!

 

Please help??

There is also a signal tab on MT4, but it depend of your broker to activate it or not. Ask your broker or try with another. Another possibility is that your MT4 build is not updated, which build do you have ?

It's ok with this build. So probably your broker don't allow signals.

It is advisable to use same broker as signal provider.

 

if the signal provider doesn't set a stop loss how does the MT4 platform calculate 5% of the balance?

 

I wanted to risk 5% of the balance

What's the balance and leverage of the provider, and yours ? You want to risk 5% on each trade ?

The balance of the provider is 320$ and leverage 1:100!

 

My balance is also 320$ and leverage 1:100!

I have a little problem with the strategy tester in my MT4!

 

When I put a stop loss in the value tab it gives me same result as I have put no stop loss!

 

It doesnt matter which stop loss I put in it gives me always the same statistics!!

 

I put stop loss at 5 pips and see after in the statistics that the largest loss trade was 70 pips!! :/

 

And also the optimization doesnt work!

 

I put everything correctly to test different sl and tp it starts to work and after a little while it makes ping and no optimization results and no optimization graph!!

 

Always the same statistics over and over again!!

You can only set a 5% risk on each trade if the provider take higher risk.

And for your information 5% risk on each trade is very high, I hope you know what your are doing.

 

Can you please explain me why the MT4 strategy tester doesnt work?
