Creating data entry

I am wanting to create a tool in metatrader whereby I cna do the following

1). The user would select the function from a menu

2). When running it would push the user through data entry of three items (A, B, C) - this process would reqyuire the user to click on a price bar and the tool would extract the relevant OHLC numbers; user would do the same for each of the three items in turn,

3). When the tool has the three sets of values it would calculate a number of lines and draw them on the page.

In effect I want to write a tool that works much like the Fibo tool in Matatrader already

SO the questions are

1). Is it possible

2). How can one do such a thing? Any guidance on writing such tools?

For anyone who is a mamber of Don Fisher's the DGL group this tool is basically that.
