A Forever Update?

I recently have tried to make a mini account with $500 dollars to start. After i created the account all trade windows say "waiting for update" is there anyway to fix this problem? thank you for future assistance.

miniforex can use modified trading symbol names like EURUSDm
Opening a chart with a correct symbol should be ok.
