Converting Time Charts to Tick Charts

Does anybody have a method of converting time charts into tick charts? - Since MetaTrader collects all ticks, there must be a way of charting them by number of ticks as opposed to by period of time. I know of (and use) the Period Converter found at 'Period Converter Optimized' , which allows you to chart any time frame that you wish. Can a similar method be devised to convert the standard charts into tick charts?

I could be wrong, but I think MT does not store tick data in our computer. That's way when we do backtest, it creates simulated tick data.
Current tick chart can be shown by right-clicking a symbol and select tick chart though.
